Battery Warranty and Return Policy
Battery Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from BikeBatts.com. If within 7 days of order date you are not satisfied, you may return your merchandise for a refund. However, due to the costs incurred while processing your order BikeBatts will assess a 20% restocking fee for all products returned for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Warrantable merchandise may be replaced within the warranty period upon verification by BikeBatts.com of manufacturing defect. Returned products must in the original box, including all hardware, and in like new condition. Damaged product, installed product, product not in the original box, and product missing hardware will not be accepted for return. Buyer is responsible for return postage and packaging. It is recommended that any product returned to BikeBatts.com be insured as the customer is responsible for return shipping damage.
An RGA must be requested from BikeBatts.com Customer Service prior to returning any product. The RGA number must be clearly noted on the outside of any returned package. Original sales receipt is required for any product returned.
Battery Warranty Policy: Xtreme Volts and Ultra 12 brand batteries carry a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. BikeBatts brand batteries carry a six month warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty period starts on purchase date. Original sales receipt is required if a battery is returned. An RGA must be requested from BikeBatts Customer Service prior to returning any product. Batteries must be returned to BikeBatts, postage paid, for inspection by BikeBatts before a replacement battery is shipped. Replacement batteries will carry a warranty for the time, and coverage schedule remaining on the original battery purchase. One warranty replacement is allowed per battery purchase. Failure due to overcharging, improper maintenance or improper use is not covered under the factory warranty. Yuasa, Odyssey, and other batteries brand offered by BikeBatts.com are covered under and governed by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. All other BikeBatts.com shipping and return policies, conditions and procedures apply.
Battery Warranty Schedule:
Warrantable Xtreme Volts and Ultra 12 brand batteries have an adjusted replacement value based upon the following time schedule: 1 to 30 days = 100% warranty coverage equal to the original battery purchase price applied toward a BikeBatts, Xtreme Volts, or Ultra 12 replacement battery at the current BikeBatts.com website price. BikeBatts.com pays shipping to the buyer within the first 30 days. 31 to 180 days = 100% warranty coverage value equal to the original battery purchase price applied toward a BikeBatts or Xtreme Volts replacement battery at the current BikeBatts.com website price. Buyer pays shipping, handling, and shipping insurance cost as noted below. 181 days to one year from date of order =50% warranty value based upon the original purchase price for the battery being warranted.
Warrantable BikeBatts brand batteries have an adjusted replacement value based upon the following time schedule: 1 to 30 days = 100% warranty coverage equal to the original battery purchase price applied toward a BikeBatts or Xtreme Volts replacement battery at the current BikeBatts.com website price. BikeBatts.com pays shipping to the buyer within the first 30 days. 31 to 90 days = 100% warranty coverage value equal to the original battery purchase price applied toward a BikeBatts or Xtreme Volts replacement battery at the current BikeBatts.com website price. Buyer pays shipping, handling, and shipping insurance cost as noted below. 91 days to 180 days from date of order =50% warranty value based upon the original purchase price for the battery being warranted.
Buyer pays shipping, handling, and shipping insurance cost.
- All replacement values are based upon the purchase price of the battery less shipping and handling built into the original purchase price, optional insurance, and applicable taxes. Shipping value included in the purchase price is $15.75 for orders up to 12 pounds, and $18.75 for orders over 12 pounds, unless indicated otherwise in the Sales Order.
- The adjusted warrantable value will be applied to the purchase of a comparable BikeBatts, Xtreme Volts, or Ultra 12 battery at the market price at time of replacement.
- Cost of shipping and handling is not included for warranty replacements after 30 days.
- Shipping, handling, and shipping insurance cost to the buyer on warranty replacement batteries weighing up to 12 pounds is $16.90.
- Shipping, handing, and shipping insurance cost to the buyer for batteries weighing more than 12 pounds is $23.90.
- Warranty adjustments will be made with like for like replacement products.
- Buyer is responsible for any cost difference between the warranty value and the website price for a replacement battery, regardless of warranty time schedule.
- No refunds will be made for warranty adjustments.
- Original sales receipt is required for any battery warranty adjustment.
Yuasa, Odyssey, and other brand batteries carried by BikeBatts.com are covered under and governed by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. These warranties are administered and processed by the respective product manufacturer in accordance with their warranty and return instructions and policies. Warranty requests must be directed to the specific manufacturer.
Section B
Charger Warranty and Return Policy
Charger Warranty Policy: BikeBatts PC007 chargers have a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty period starts on purchase date. Original sales receipt is required if a charger is returned. An RGA must be requested from BikeBatts Customer Service prior to returning any product. Chargers must be returned to BikeBatts, postage paid, for inspection by BikeBatts before a replacement charger is shipped. Replacement chargers will carry a warranty for the time, and coverage schedule remaining on the original charger purchase. One warranty replacement is allowed per charger purchase. Failure due to improper care or improper use is not covered under the factory warranty. All other BikeBatts shipping and return policies, conditions and procedures apply.

Deltran (Battery Tender, Battery Tender Jr.), and CTEK chargers are covered under and governed by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Deltran and CTEK charger warranties are administered and processed by the respective product manufacturer in accordance with their instructions. Warranty requests must be directed to the specific manufacturer.
Charger Warranty Schedule: Warrantable BikeBatts PC007 chargers have an adjusted replacement value based upon the following time schedule: 1 to 30 days = 100% warranty coverage equal to the original charger purchase price applied toward any product offered by BikeBatts.com. BikeBatts pays shipping to the buyer within the first 30 days. 31 to 180 days = 100% warranty coverage value equal to the original charger purchase price applied toward the purchase of any product listed on BikeBatts.com. Buyer pays shipping, handling, and shipping insurance cost as noted below. 181 days to one year from date of order =50% warranty value based upon the original purchase price for the charger being warranted. Buyer pays shipping, handling, and shipping insurance cost.
All replacement values are based upon the purchase price of the charger less shipping, handling, insurance, and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling value included in the purchase price (Including orders totaling more than $55), is $10.75 unless indicated otherwise in the Sales Order.
The adjusted warrantable value will be applied to the purchase of comparable BikeBatts.com products at the market price at time of replacement.
Cost of shipping and handling is not included for warranty replacements more than 30 days after purchase date.
Buyer is responsible for any cost difference between the warranty value and the website price for a replacement product, regardless of warranty time schedule.
No refunds will be made for warranty adjustments.
Original sales receipt is required for any product warranty adjustment.

Tire Chain Warranty and Return Policy
Tire Chain Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from BikeBatts. If within seven (7) days of order date you are not satisfied, you may return your merchandise for a refund. However, due to the costs incurred while processing your order BikeBatts will assess a 30% restocking fee for all products returned for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Tire chains may not be returned or exchanged, for any reason, more than seven (7) days after purchase date. Returned products must in the original box, including all hardware, and in like new condition. Damaged product, product not in the original box, and product missing accessories, hardware, or instructions will not be accepted for return. Buyer is responsible for return postage and packaging. An RGA must be requested from BikeBatts.com Customer Service prior to returning any product and be clearly noted on the outside of any returned package. Diamond Grip tire chains are not intended for off road or commercial applications.
Tire Chain Warranty Policy: Tire chains do NOT carry a product defect warranty. There is no warranty expressed, or implied for tire chain products, or the use of tire chain products. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Tire chains are used at your own risk.
